Q2. What is your terms of payment?
Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% deposit, full payment before delivery the goods.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q4. How many days will samples be finished? and how about the mass production?
1. Generally speaking. 5-7days for samples making. 10-15days for bulk order.
2. The lead time of mass production would depend on quantity of orders.
Q5. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If is fragile we will make wooden frame. and we also can according to your requirements.
Q6. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.
